Wow! Winter is almost over and it’s now the season for baseball, softball, track & field and as always…music! As we are beginning the Spring term of music lessons, it’s time to start planning for recitals, exams and summer! I hope everyone is looking forward to a great Spring filled with new musical discoveries, whether you are a beginning or advanced student. Below are some highlights upcoming at the studio.
Vocal Music Workshop
On Sunday, March 3rd, the vocal students of the studio participated in an afternoon workshop at St. Helen’s Church. Vocal techniques including breathing, posture, diction and interpretation were explored as well as a “mini recital” at the end of the day.
SUMMER CAMPS 2019!
Balaclava Music studio is pleased to offer summer camps this year. Enriching and fun, students will have the opportunity to explore “Broadway”, their inner artist or delve into the lives of some of the great composers of the past and the present. Take one, two or all three camps!

ALL CAMPS RUN FROM 9AM TO 3PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY ~ $375/week.
Daily snacks and Friday pizza lunch included.
*AFTER CAMP CARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 3-5PM* ~ $80/week
