The wonderful Fall season has begun.  Rain, wind and colourful leaves!  The first weeks of lessons have passed and it is great to settle into the routine of lessons, rehearsals and practicing.

Helpful Lesson Tips!

-After your lesson, spend a few minutes at home, reviewing what was worked on in the lesson, while everything is fresh.  This will help ensure a smooth practice week.

-Keep lesson books, notes, CDs etc. close to your instrument or in your dedicated practice area.

-The night before lesson day (or morning of), pack your lesson materials in your bag or backpack.  

HALLOWEEN RECITAL

St. Helen’s Anglican Church

4405 West 8th Avenue @ Trimble

Join us for a fun afternoon of students performing both piano and vocal selections.  There may even be a spooky tune or two.

There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the studio…if you are planning on attending, please indicate so at your next lesson.  Limited spots available. 

Performers, parents, siblings and guests are all welcome to come in their Halloween costumes!  This is always a highlight at this event.  Students who are not performing in this recital are invited to come and cheer on your friends and hear some great music.  Treats and goodies to follow.

Pizza Party

The Annual Pizza Party will take place in January 2020.
